Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until melted.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes to thicken.
- Spread over prepared pizza dough and top with cheese and toppings before baking.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a Vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk or cashew cream and skip Parmesan.
- Adjust garlic amount based on your garlic preference.
- Best used fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
