Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss sliced chicken, peppers, and onions with olive oil and spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges. Enjoy!
