- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (for extra gooeyness)

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Rest and slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add cream cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a spoonful of garlic cheese mixture in the center. Top with sliced chicken and remaining mozzarella. Garnish with parsley and hot sauce if desired.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly. For a crispy exterior, pan-fry in butter until golden or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes. Slice in half and serve hot.
