- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken thighs skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken in the skillet.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, basting halfway through, until chicken is cooked through.

- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
- Adjust garlic and honey quantities for preferred sweetness and garlic intensity.
