  • 2 cups orzo pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.

  5. Pour in chicken broth, bring to simmer, then return chicken to the skillet. Mix well.
  6. Serve the Cajun chicken mixture over the cooked orzo, garnished with fresh parsley.
