- 1 lb ground beef or beef strips
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and minced garlic; cook until fragrant and translucent.
- Add ground beef or beef strips; cook until browned and cooked through. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove excess fat if necessary. Add sliced potatoes to the skillet, spreading evenly.
- Pour heavy cream over the potatoes and meat. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add shredded cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve hot for best taste.
