- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
- In a large ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Add sliced zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic around the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Feel free to add sliced olives or feta cheese for extra flavor.
