Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dust with flour.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in butter until melted and sauce slightly thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
