- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour the honey garlic mixture over it.
- Add mixed vegetables around the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred chicken and stir to coat with sauce before serving.
