  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

  4. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 2 hours, or until beef is tender and flavors meld.
