Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in chopped onion and garlic, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add lemon slices and capers.
- Simmer for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
