Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
- Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix honey, rice vinegar, and remaining soy sauce to create the glaze.
- Pour glaze over cooked chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.
