Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, toss with the sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
  6. Mix in cooked pasta, toss well, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
