- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough or puff pastry
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Mix cooked beef with onion soup mix, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Divide dough into portions and flatten each piece. Place a spoonful of meat mixture on the center, then fold and seal to form bombs.
- Place bombs on prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add chopped pickles or jalapenos for extra flavor.
- Ensure the bombs are sealed well to prevent filling from spilling out during baking.
