- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season pork chops generously with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat and add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, spooning garlic butter over the pork chops.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the pan to get a crispy sear. Adjust cooking time for thicker pork chops. For extra flavor, marinate pork briefly beforehand.
