Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Distribute pepperoni slices and chopped peppers over the cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over all.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
