- 1 sheet of vegan puff pastry or pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded vegan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the vegan puff pastry or dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle shredded vegan cheese over the sauce, then add chopped vegetables and oregano.
- Roll up the dough tightly from one side to the other and cut into 1-inch slices.
- Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve warm.
