Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and cook until translucent, about 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Stir in bell peppers and cook until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
- Return beef to skillet, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together and cook for 2 more minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes or chili oil.
- Use thinly sliced beef for quick cooking.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
