  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken pieces, cook until browned on all sides.
  5. In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, spices, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the sauce over chicken, simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and remaining butter, cook for 5 more minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
