- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces, cook until browned on all sides.
- In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, spices, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over chicken, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and remaining butter, cook for 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
Notes
- Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for 2 days.
