- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and frozen vegetables. Cook until heated through.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- You can add cooked rice or pasta for extra bulk.
- For a healthier twist, use lean ground beef or ground turkey.
