- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice sausage and dice potatoes.
- In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Roast for 20 minutes until golden.
- Mix cooked potatoes, sausage, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese in a large bowl.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and cheesy, broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot with bread or salad.

- You can substitute smoked sausage with hot Italian, turkey, or chicken sausage.
