Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch in a bowl to create the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- Add the sauce to the chicken and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Serve the glazed chicken over cooked jasmine rice, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Add steamed vegetables if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in soy and honey mixture for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust sweetness and saltiness to taste.
