Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet, toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Use whole wheat pasta for added fiber and nutrients.
