  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 12 bombs

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet puff pastry or crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the beef mixture into small balls or patties.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares large enough to wrap around each beef ball.
  5. Place a beef ball in the center of each square, top with mozzarella, and fold the pastry over to seal.
  6. Brush the outside with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Garnish with parmesan and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits or jalapenos inside the bombs.
  • Ensure the pastry is sealed tightly to prevent cheese from leaking.
