- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sheet puff pastry or crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the beef mixture into small balls or patties.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares large enough to wrap around each beef ball.
- Place a beef ball in the center of each square, top with mozzarella, and fold the pastry over to seal.
- Brush the outside with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with parmesan and chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits or jalapenos inside the bombs.
- Ensure the pastry is sealed tightly to prevent cheese from leaking.
