Instructions
- Prepare three shallow dishes: flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each ravioli into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat thoroughly with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add ravioli in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or crushed red pepper to the bread crumbs.
- Use fresh or frozen ravioli; do not thaw frozen ravioli before frying.
