Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for 10 minutes if desired.
- Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately garnished with extra lemon slices and herbs.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Serve with a side salad or rice for a complete meal.
