- 12 ounces spaghetti pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
