- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup sliced green scallions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked ramen noodles and half of the scallions. Serve hot, garnished with remaining scallions.

- You can add mushrooms or vegetables for extra flavor and nutrition.
- Use low-sodium broth for a healthier option.
