Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup sliced green scallions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the cooked ramen noodles and half of the scallions. Serve hot, garnished with remaining scallions.
