- 2 large chicken breasts, cut in half horizontally
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup cooked pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add to the sauce.
- Stir in cooked pasta until well coated. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
- For extra flavor, add sun-dried tomatoes or spinach.
