Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sear chicken until golden on both sides, then transfer to the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, Parmesan, heavy cream, and chicken broth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
