Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add chicken bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
  5. Add cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Mix in cooked pasta and stir well.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
