- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add chicken bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
- Add cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Mix in cooked pasta and stir well.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- You can add steamed vegetables like spinach or peas for extra nutrition.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
