- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add chicken bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir well, and simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Return chicken to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and cook for another minute.
- Combine with cooked pasta, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
