Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, and bacon if using.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
