- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef; cook until onions are softened.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
