- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning and sliced peppers, cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken and chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

- You can substitute cooked turkey or sausage for chicken.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for spice preference.
