- 1 pound cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for baking or frying
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare for frying.
- Mix the shredded turkey, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form mixture into bite-sized balls.
- For baking: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. For frying: Fry in hot oil until crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve warm garnished with additional cranberries or herbs.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh cranberries with dried cranberries soaked in orange juice.
- Serve with a cranberry glaze or dipping sauce for extra flavor.
