- 1 pound cooked turkey, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, parsley, Parmesan, and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving for added crunch.
