Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then marinate in buttermilk or yogurt for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix flour with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Remove chicken from marinade, dredge in seasoned flour to coat evenly.
- Cook chicken by frying in hot oil until crispy or baking in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and assemble on slider buns.
- Top with lettuce, pickles, cheese, and spicy mayo or hot sauce. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
