Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash ¼ cup of blueberries and mix with 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with ¼ cup powdered sugar until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the sheet.
- Dot the dough with spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture and blueberries. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl and create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown. Cool on wire racks.

- For a more intense blueberry flavor, add extra blueberries into the dough.
