Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas and melted butter in a bowl.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla, whisk until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mix gently.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 15 minutes, then drizzle with caramel before serving.
