- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- For Streusel: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup unsalted butter (cold), 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- For Orange Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons orange juice, zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a larger bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in pumpkin puree, orange juice, and orange zest until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Prepare the streusel: combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle streusel evenly on top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes then transfer to wire rack.
- Mix powdered sugar with orange juice and zest to create glaze. Drizzle over cooled bread before serving.

- Store bread in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Glaze can be adjusted for sweetness; add more orange juice if needed.
