  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • For Streusel: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup unsalted butter (cold), 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • For Orange Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons orange juice, zest of 1 orange
