- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 package tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies, chopped green onions, black olives, and cilantro. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and top with additional cheese, green onions, or olives if desired.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips for dipping or refrigerate until ready to serve.
