Instructions
- Season steaks generously with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet.
- Cook, spooning garlic butter over the steak for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove steaks, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve topped with garlic butter and herbs.

- For extra flavor, marinate steaks with garlic and herbs overnight.
