- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil

- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan, cook until melted and creamy. Season with basil, salt, and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves and additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and Parmesan with vegan cheese.
- Best served with crusty bread or garlic baguette.
