Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken on both sides for 3-4 minutes each.
- Place browned chicken in the slow cooker.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth in a bowl, then pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and gravy is thickened.

- You can substitute cream of mushroom with cream of chicken or make it dairy-free with alternatives.
