Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Mini muffin liners or silicone molds
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Wash the blueberries thoroughly and set aside. Mash some blueberries for added swirl effect if desired.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the mashed blueberries into the yogurt mixture to create a marbled swirl. Reserve some whole blueberries for topping.
- Pour the mixture into mini muffin liners or silicone molds, filling each about three-quarters full. Top with a few whole blueberries.
- Place the molds on a flat surface and freeze for at least 2-3 hours until firm. Use a rapid chill drink maker to speed up the freezing process if desired.
Notes
- Use thawed frozen blueberries for convenience and vibrant color.
- Gently fold ingredients to maintain the marbled swirl effect.
- Experiment with different yogurt flavors like coconut or vanilla for variety.
