- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine peaches, raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Toss gently and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add cold butter and cut in with a pastry cutter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until topping is golden and fruit is bubbly.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
- You can substitute frozen berries or peaches if fresh are unavailable.
