- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, and green onions in a bowl. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and ginger. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Use ground chicken or vegetarian meat substitutes for a different variation.
