- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the glaze.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the tenders.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and glaze is caramelized.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Use thick-cut bacon for better texture.
- Serve with fresh herbs or your favorite dipping sauce.
