- 8 oz chow mein noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken, cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and vegetables, stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, toss to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed, garnish with green onions before serving.
